I've always loved doing different
crafts and started 1 or 2 scrapbooks growing up.
But in 2005 my scrapbooking obsession began.
My husband and I got married in May 2004 and by
Jan 2005 the military sent us packing and we were
headed across the country to our new home in Virginia.
I left all my family and friends back in Arizona.
As a way to keep myself occupied and to document
our new life together I found scrapbooking as
wonderful outlet I could do on my own and later
own with new friends at crops. In 2007 we moved home
to Arizona and scrapbooking was put on the back burner.
In January 2009, however,
it has become more of a hobby again.

My work takes on it's own life as I sit down to create.
I can't say I have a favorite style or one I use most.
My LOs can be clean and simple, to ones with a million
little details. I've been told my style is on the retro
and modern scales. I tend not follow "rules" in most of
my work. As for following Rules I can and do when needed.
I love challenges and working with different materials.
I like learning new techniques and have even discovered
a few of my own. I work well with guidelines and due dates.

My work is unique and may and may not
have imperfections, but it's my own.
I feel Scrapbooking is all about
telling your story the way you see it.
